(I) Digital Drawing Basics
Course Description
This chapter will begin with a brief introduction to computer graphics concepts, followed by a brief case study on digital graphics trends and applications. This will be followed by an introduction to the Krita interface and basic operations. Afterwards, the instructor will lead students in a simple draft exercise to familiarize them with the use of the tablet. Students will start with simple line drawings of objects, and then gradually try advanced skills such as shading and coloring. The instructor will also arrange draft exercises of varying levels of difficulty according to different students' abilities, so that students of different artistic caliber can benefit from the class.
