Course Description

Through the use of network, blockchain and multimedia technology, students will understand the process of metaverse technology development and master the related tools, and eventually join the metaverse development or related work.

The course uses cutting-edge technologies and open-source tools to teach practical knowledge, allowing students to acquire fundamental, cross-disciplinary knowledge of metaverse technology and the skills required for metaverse development in the shortest possible time.

These skills will prepare students for a successful career in the IT industry after the course, in areas such as blockchain development, immersive experience design, Web 3.0 development, game design, and metaverse development.

1. Be familiar with the latest metaverse technology and market trends2. Be familiar with the definition of blockchain and application scenarios3. Be familiar with the security issues revolving around applying and developing blockchain, cryptocurrency and other related technologies4. Design and build basic Smart Contracts and Non-fungible Tokens (NFT) using Solidity as an example development language5. Be familiar with Web 3.0 definition and application scenarios6. Design and create images and videos that can interact with the metaverse using open source tools
